YOUR MISSION 

The role of Account Manager at ALTEN USA includes the following responsibilities: 

Business Development 

  • Implement the sales strategy in the field 
  • Manage the sale of technical service offerings, from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature 
  • Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long-term, profitable partnerships 
  • Be accountable for the profitability and growth of your business portfolio 

Talent Acquisition & Management 

  • Identify engineering profiles in collaboration with the dedicated recruitment team 
  • Conduct interviews and ensure the successful onboarding of your new hires 
  • Support consultants in building their career paths within the Group 

PROFILE SOUGHT 

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
  • 1 to 3 years of successful experience in Engineering/IT Services, Recruiting, or Sales
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to quickly grow into leadership positions
  • Natural leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Results-oriented with a rigorous and structured approach
