Regional Field Recruiter
San Antonio, Florida | Onsite Required | Approximately 15% Travel
Build the teams that keep our operation moving. We’re seeking a seasoned, people-focused recruiter who thrives in the field. You’ll own recruiting across an assigned region, partner with operations leaders, and connect great talent with driver, dispatch, mechanic, and other essential field roles.

Make an Impact
  • Lead the full recruiting journey from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner with the field to anticipate hiring needs and create targeted local strategies.
  • Build lasting connections with candidates, employees, schools, community groups, and industry partners.
  • Be where the talent is at branches, tow shows, career fairs, and recruiting events.
What You’ll Do
  • Recruit high-quality talent for mainly drivers, dispatchers, mechanics, and field operations roles across multiple locations.
  • Source, screen, interview, and close candidates while creating an exceptional candidate experience. Full life cycle recruiting including sending out offer letters and candidate follow up.
  • Collaborate with operations leaders to forecast needs and strengthen regional talent pipelines.
  • Track recruiting activity and results, maintain accurate records, and support compliant hiring practices.
  • Travel approximately 15%, including occasional overnight travel.
What You Bring
  • Eight or more years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a multi-site, high-volume, transportation, skilled-trade, or field environment.
  • Proven success managing recruiting across multiple locations and priorities.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, closing, applicant tracking, and recruiting-metrics skills.
  • An approachable, credible style with excellent judgment, communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • Willingness to work onsite in San Antonio, engage in field environments, and travel approximately 15%.
Standout Experience
