This role requires a strategic yet hands-on finance leader who is equally comfortable driving long-term growth initiatives and partnering closely with operations to improve day-to-day business performance. The ideal candidate will bring prior CFO experience within a private equity-backed manufacturing environment, along with the urgency, drive, and leadership presence needed to help scale the business. This individual will serve as a key partner to ownership and operations leadership, driving profitability, operational efficiency, cash flow performance, and strategic execution across the organization. This is a phenomenal opportunity to make a measurable impact within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company where finance plays a critical role in shaping business strategy and operational success.
