Job description

Our client, a well-established technology services company, is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to join their HR team immediately and provide coverage during an upcoming maternity leave. This assignment will run through the end of the year, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity for the right person.


This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers to drive the full recruitment lifecycle.


This opportunity requires full-time on-site work at their Long Island location. Hours are 9am-6pm (1-hour lunch) Monday-Friday.


What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting guidance
  • Manage approximately 20+ open requisitions simultaneously
  • Recruit for a variety of positions, including technical, administrative, accounting, customer-facing, and corporate support roles
  • Source candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions while managing a strong pipeline of inbound applicants
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting workflows within the ATS
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure an excellent candidate experience


Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Previous in-house recruiting experience
  • Strong experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions
  • Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and work independently
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office


Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for technical or IT positions
  • Sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
  • Familiarity with Betterteam
