Recruiters manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers. They may work in-house for a company or for staffing agencies, and often specialize in certain industries or types of roles. Recruiter recruitment positions require strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
