Job description

Chantilly Heights is looking for a vibrant and energetic Recreation Aide to join our team! This position is full time and would require flexible hours with weekend availability! 

In this role you will be expected to:

  • Interact with residents and understand their needs and limitations with respect and empathy
  • Lead and engage in diverse activities that cater to a wide range of interest and abilities
  • Encourage the participation and social interaction of residents during group activities
  • Monitor the outcome of an activity ensuring positive feedback and engagement
  • Provide individual attention to residents based upon his or her needs or interest
