As a Recovery Support Professional, you will empower individuals on their transformative journey towards a life free of substance use. Join us and be part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team that provides a supportive environment and implements evidence-based interventions, equipping patients with the skills they need for lasting change.


Currently We are ONLY Hiring for 2nd shift positions.


Key Duties:

  • Be a consistent source of supervision for patients outside of treatment sessions, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Document important observations and maintain accurate patient case files, following all required forms and protocols.
  • Lead skill development and educational sessions, playing a pivotal role in supporting patients' progress.
  • Manage medication storage securely and provide necessary monitoring when patients take medications.
  • Conduct patient urinalyses in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Engage patients in on-site games, crafts, and recreational activities, and if needed, transport them to off-site recreational areas as per the treatment schedule.
  • Provide transportation for patients to meetings, appointments, and medical treatments.
  • Assist patients in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
  • Ensure facility security by monitoring systems, maintaining key control, and upholding building security protocols.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality as required by HIPAA and 42CFR regulations.
Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have a high school degree, a genuine desire to help others, and a stable job history. Applicants must also possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to pass a comprehensive background check. Education in a human services field or residential treatment environment is preferred but not required. Additionally, candidates will be required to work at least ONE weekend day per week.


Salary and Benefits:

ASAC offers competitive compensation starting at $18.90/hour with additional compensation for evening, overnight, and weekend differentials.
