Job description

We Are Seeking Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Recreation Leader - Kiddy Korner. With every job we fill, our focus is on providing best in class service to our citizens while offering the opportunity for professional growth in a rewarding and innovative work environment. The Recreation Leader reports to the Recreation Coordinator.

The primary job duties of this position include: Assist with implementing facility programs and events. Preparing activities, curriculum, leading and monitoring assigned activities, adapting to participant's needs, classroom management and maintaining records. Customer service to include fielding questions and resolving conflicts with internal and external customers.

Hiring Manager(s) will be in direct contact with candidates as vacancies occur. About You At Team Gilbert, we hire innovative, forward-thinking problem-solvers who love what they do. In addition to possessing the ability to live out our core and functional values daily, candidates must possess the following requirements: Be able to work with minimal to no supervision, respond to emergency situations and be astute in conflict resolution skills Possess outstanding customer service and communication skills Flexible availability to workdays and evenings (Approximately 10 - 15 hours weekly.

Hours for these positions are Monday through Thursday from 8 am - 12 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday from 8 am - 12 pm and 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm) Possess and maintain certification for CPR and Standard First Aid within 30 days of hire Age requirement: Must be 18+ years This position requires a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and fingerprinting. This position is an At-Will position and is FLSA Non-Exempt - eligible for overtime compensation. This position has been designated as a Medium work position that spends a majority of their work day in an office/warehouse/outdoor/field environment.
