Position: Part-Time Fitness Center Front Desk Associate (Weekend Closer)
Department: Health & Fitness
Location: Capital City Club Brookhaven
Schedule: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays | 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Reports To: Assistant Fitness Manager

As the first face our members and guests see, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience while helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional fitness environment. What You'll Do
  • Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Check members in and verify club access.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to member questions.
  • Schedule spa appointments and assist with fitness center reservations.
  • Process member charges, merchandise purchases, and class registrations.
  • Conduct hourly fitness center walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • Maintain the front desk, lobby, cardio area, weight rooms, group fitness studios, and spa spaces.
  • Assist members with basic equipment orientation and equipment settings.
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate guest logs, facility usage reports, and incident documentation.
  • Support special events, member communications, and administrative projects.
  • Complete all evening closing procedures.
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Uphold all club policies, service standards, and safety procedures.

  • CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift
  • Familiarity with fitness equipment and scheduling software is a plus
Compensation
  • $16-$18 hour
  • Benefits package available after 90 days of full-time employment, including health, dental, vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
