Overview

Are you a passionate and creative leader who loves creating unforgettable experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Recreation Manager to join our vibrant hotel or resort and oversee our recreational activities. As the heart of our guest entertainment, you will bring high energy, enthusiasm, and innovation to our recreational programs, ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. With your ability to inspire and motivate a team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of engaging activities, from sports and fitness to cultural events and family-friendly entertainment. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a diverse range of recreational programs and activities.
  • Coordinate and manage recreational facilities, including sports courts, pools, and fitness centers.
  • Lead a team of recreation staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Plan and organize special events, including themed parties and holiday celebrations.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage the recreation budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a recreation management or supervisory role.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute engaging activities.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, recreation, or a related field preferred.
