You will partner across Business Technology, Security, Operations, and business units to ensure organizational readiness, resiliency, and recovery capabilities align with business objectives and risk tolerance.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & StrategyDefine and maintain the enterprise BCDR strategy, governance model, and roadmapEstablish and enforce BCDR policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with ISO 22301, NIST, and ITILDefine enterprise-wide Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs), Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs), and system criticality classificationsConduct maturity assessments and drive continuous improvement initiativesBusiness ContinuityLead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) development across business unitsOversee Business Continuity Plan (BCP) creation, training, and awareness initiativesFacilitate tabletop exercises, simulations, and crisis management scenariosEnsure alignment between business priorities and continuity planningDisaster RecoveryPartner with Business Technology teams to maintain Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) for critical infrastructure and applicationsLead enterprise disaster recovery testing, including failover validation and recovery exercisesMaintain DR runbooks, recovery procedures, and dependency documentationSupport the modernization of resiliency and recovery capabilitiesRisk, Compliance & GovernanceEnsure alignment with audit, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, including ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, and SOC requirementsServe as the primary point of contact for BCDR-related audits and assessmentsTrack and manage remediation activities for identified risks and gapsDeliver executive reporting and program readiness updatesProgram Coordination & CommunicationLead cross-functional coordination across Business Technology, Security, Operations, and business teamsSupport organizational response and recovery efforts during major incidents or disruptionsMaintain executive dashboards, reporting, and communication materialsMonitor industry trends and recommend resiliency enhancementsWhat You BringThe ideal candidate combines strategic leadership, program management expertise, and technical resiliency knowledge with the ability to collaborate effectively across a large manufacturing organization.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)7-10+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Operations, Risk Management, or ComplianceExperience leading enterprise-wide resiliency or governance programsStrong understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational risk management principlesExperience working with ISO 22301, NIST, ITIL, or related frameworksStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsExperience supporting complex, multi-site environments preferredManufacturing industry experience preferredCertifications such as CBCP, CISSP, MBCI, or ITIL are preferredWhy This Role Stands OutThis is an opportunity to lead and shape enterprise resiliency strategy within a large-scale manufacturing organization supporting critical operations across multiple facilities.
