The Optimal Recovery Physical Therapy Clinic is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our esteemed team at our Trenton, New Jersey location. As a crucial member of our rehabilitation center, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of care for our patients and assisting them in their journey toward recovery. This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment programs in collaboration with patients and referring physicians to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic techniques and appropriate modalities, ensuring adherence to the physician’s plan of care.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, maintaining an open line of communication with both patients and healthcare team members.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers regarding recovery techniques and injury prevention strategies.
• Document all assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Ensure excellence in customer service and contribute to the overall objectives of the clinic.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, treating individuals across various age groups and backgrounds. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients from different specialties, including orthopedic injuries, pediatric concerns, neurological disorders, and sports medicine cases. This varied patient exposure allows you to develop a well-rounded skill set and deliver specialized care tailored to individual patient needs.

• Must be a graduate of a physical therapy program accredited by APTA or CAPTE.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey is essential.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective patient interaction.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills for documentation and case management.
• A passion for fostering patient relationships and a commitment to exceeding patient functional goals.

While the basic qualifications set the framework for this role, preferred candidates will have previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly in rehabilitation or outpatient care.
