As one of the most comprehensive behavioral health and recovery support organizations in the Philadelphia region, we are looking for a passionate, energetic, and creative individual to launch and lead a brand-new position unlike anything else in the field.

We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Chester County Recovery Navigator to serve as the face, heart, and soul of MVP Recovery in Chester County. This individual will help unite the recovery community through innovative outreach, creative recovery events, and meaningful community engagement designed to promote health, hope, healing, and recovery while breaking stigma and bringing people together.

Position Overview

The Chester County Recovery Navigator will play a key leadership role in developing and expanding MVP Recovery's presence throughout Chester County. This individual will organize, coordinate, and facilitate engaging monthly recovery-focused events while building strong relationships with individuals in recovery, families, providers, community organizations, and local stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, highly motivated, creative, outgoing, organized, and deeply passionate about recovery and community engagement. This role requires flexibility, energy, and the ability to inspire others while representing the mission and culture of MVP Recovery.

This position also includes front-end administrative and clerical responsibilities while working directly alongside MVP Recovery's administrative team to support daily operations and organizational initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary representative and ambassador for MVP Recovery throughout Chester County
  • Attend community outreach events, provider meetings, networking events, recovery functions, and public awareness initiatives
  • Build relationships with community partners, treatment providers, recovery organizations, local leaders, and recovery advocates
  • Promote recovery awareness, education, and stigma reduction throughout the community
  • Help expand MVP Recovery's visibility and impact throughout Chester County

Recovery Event Planning & Facilitation

  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and facilitate monthly recovery events and activities
  • Create innovative, fun, engaging, and recovery-centered experiences designed to unite the recovery community
  • Develop events that promote hope, wellness, connection, sober fun, and community healing
  • Encourage participation from individuals in recovery, families, providers, and the broader community
  • Coordinate logistics, outreach, promotion, volunteers, and event execution

Administrative & Clerical Support

  • Provide front-end administrative and clerical support to the MVP Recovery administrative team
  • Assist with scheduling, communication, documentation, data entry, and general office responsibilities
  • Support program operations and organizational initiatives as needed
  • Maintain professionalism and organization in all administrative duties
