About the program
Struction Solutions is a Service-Disabled Veteran-OwnedSmall Business leading a team supporting the U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant MerlinGerman Wounded Warrior Call Center Outreach and Resource Support Services. Thisprogram supports wounded, ill, and injured Marines, Sailors attached orformerly attached to Marine units, veterans, and their family members throughcall center operations, outreach, resource referral, and non-medical casemanagement. Positions are contingent upon contract award and final customerapproval.
Position summary
The Non-Medical Case Manager provides extendednon-clinical case management when issues cannot be resolved during initial CCRintake. NMCMs coordinate resources, provide follow-up, support transitionneeds, document actions in MCWIITS, and return cases to CCR outreach whenissues are resolved.
Key responsibilities
โ€ข Manage non-complex, non-medical cases involvingfinancial, administrative, personal, transitional, and reintegration supportneeds.
โ€ข Coordinate with CCRs, FSRs, Recovery CareCoordinators, Government stakeholders, VA resources, community partners, andfamily members as appropriate.
โ€ข Support 120-day post-EAS transition follow-upwhen assigned.
โ€ข Maintain a continuous caseload and documentconcerns, actions, referrals, status updates, and outcomes in MCWIITS.
โ€ข Participate in WWOC rotations andmultidisciplinary team engagement when directed.
โ€ข Identify barriers, service gaps, and recurringissues for supervisor and PM review.
โ€ข Maintain confidentiality, HIPAA/Privacy Actdiscipline, and mandatory reporting compliance.
Minimum qualifications
โ€ข High school diploma or equivalent required;bachelor's degree in social services, human services, psychology, publicadministration, health administration, or related field preferred.
โ€ข At least two years of non-medical casemanagement, veteran support, social services, benefits navigation, militaryfamily support, transition support, or resource coordination experience.
โ€ข Strong written case documentation,follow-through, and stakeholder coordination skills.
โ€ข Ability to manage sensitive situations withempathy, boundaries, and process discipline.
โ€ข U.S. work authorization required; U.S.citizenship may be required for Government system access.
โ€ข Ability to complete background/securityprocessing and obtain/maintain CAC/MCEN access as required.
โ€ข Ability to complete Privacy Act, HIPAA,information security, and program-specific training.
โ€ข Strong written documentation skills; allcontacts and actions must be accurately documented in Government systems suchas MCWIITS.
โ€ข Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism,mandatory reporting requirements, and respect for Marine Corps culture.
Preferred qualifications
โ€ข Experience with wounded, ill, injured,transitioning, retired, disabled, or veteran populations.
โ€ข Knowledge of VA benefits, IDES, TDRL/PDRL,TSGLI, family readiness, caregiver support, employment/education resources, orbehavioral health support resources.
โ€ข Military affiliation, Marine Corps cultureknowledge, or prior Government contract experience.
