• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to evaluate client needs, risks, and support systems appropriate for individualized care plans.
• Provide regular clinical supervision and live support to practitioners, ensuring that interventions align with best practices for mental health and behavioral challenges.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, including but not limited to incidents of child abuse and mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate intervention and appropriate resource connection.
• Continuously monitor and assess clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and interventions to maximize outcomes.
• Research, refer, and advocate for various community resources, including food assistance, childcare services, and healthcare options that bolster client well-being.
• Guide clients through life transitions, providing crucial support during times of change, such as illness, unemployment, or relationship challenges.

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse range of clients, including veterans and individuals facing various mental health challenges. Your role will be vital in assessing each client's unique circumstances and ensuring they are connected with the appropriate resources that can effectively address their needs. A strong emphasis will be placed on collaborating closely with families and community entities to facilitate a supportive network around each client.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a behavioral health setting, specifically with a focus on individual and group therapy.
• Proven experience in conducting psychosocial histories, case management evaluations, and suicide assessments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic techniques and methodologies used in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Understanding of community resources available to assist clients in crisis.

• Experience working with veterans and military families, understanding unique challenges and resources.
• Familiarity with online tools and platforms for telehealth and client management may be an asset.
