Office Assistant: Genoa City, Wisconsin

Our customer in Genoa City, Wisconsin, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. Weโ€™re recruiting an Office Assistant to work full-time or part-time on 1st shift. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting front office operations and providing administrative assistance to help the team operate efficiently.

Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Make outgoing sales calls to support business development.
  • Perform filing and maintain organized records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for daily office tasks.
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.
Office Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
