About the job Pediatric Dentist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist that loves treating kids. Our client is a private office that has built a stellar reputation over the years.
Their two offices are very nice and modern. They have a wonderful and very tenured staff. The owner can also offer great mentoring or collaboration and he's offering a very competitive compensation package. A pediatric dentist would have the ability to do bigger cases under sedation or at a surgery center in the future.
Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments, focusing on pediatric needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical histories.
  • Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.
  • Apply aseptic techniques during procedures to ensure patient safety and infection control.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
  • Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices, including the use of dental software for record management.
Qualifications
