Job description

Work Location: Onsite
Position Type: 12 months
Location: Charlotte, NC
Compensation Range: $18-21 per hour

Our multinational manufacturing client is looking for a Records Management Associate. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and organizingย company records and publications. Maintenance of standard procedures to compile records, sort, locate and receive knowledge materials such as books, documents, drawings, film and other materials required for current and future use (i.e. Librarian).

Responsibilities
Data management and Accounts Receivable Support
Job management
Warranty Support (Registration & Cost Recovery/Claiming)
Procurement Support:
o Parts orders
o Purchase Orders creation
Executing Credit memo, Invoice Cancellation and/or Cost Transfers

Qualification:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC or a service organization.
Knowledge/understanding of Salesforce.com (preferred but not required)
Knowledge/understanding of SAP S4-Hana (preferred but not required)
High school diploma (required)
BA degree with 3+ years of prior shared service administrative support experience
Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant work experience (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers at all organizational levels.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products
Ability to work without close supervision.
Excellent time management skills
Able to multitask or manage multiple competing priorities successfully.
Ability to follow and execute processes based on Standard Work Instruction.
