LOCATION: Seattle/Ravena, WA

SHIFT: M-F, Days

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent


We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) or someone eligible and interested in becoming a Registered Medical Assistant (MA-R) to support a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a modern outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning, values teamwork, and wants to build a long-term career in patient care. We represent a growing multidisciplinary outpatient healthcare organization where providers from a variety of specialties work together to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care throughout the greater Seattle area!

What You Will Do

  • Welcome and prepare patients for their appointments.
  • Obtain vital signs and assist providers during examinations and procedures.
  • Support physicians and clinical staff with patient care and treatment workflows.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
  • Assist with daily clinic operations while ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment.
  • Work alongside experienced clinical professionals in a collaborative team-based setting.
