Job description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Medical Records Specialist with strong experience in HIPAA and EMR systems to support high-volume document processing and compliance-focused administrative tasks.
This is a mostly remote role, but some on-site requirements are required in Chattanooga, TN, for scanning/printing.
Role Details
-Requires occasional in-person visits in Chattanooga, TN, for scanning and printing documents
-Must be a certified notary for Hamilton County, TN
Key Responsibilities
-Print, organize, and manage medical forms and documentation
-Process certifications, requests, and medical records inquiries
-Sign and notarize required documents as applicable
-Maintain accurate and compliant medical records handling
-Manage supplies and supporting materials for the documentation workflow
-Assist with backlog processing and records cleanup tasks
