Ideal candidates would have F&I experience and cross desk experience for both new and used, as well as fixed operations. Candidates must have management experience, strong closing ability, a great attitude and a HIGH ENERGY personality. Qualifications:

  • Dealership management experience required 
  • Experience with new, pre-owned, and fixed operations
  • Must be able to handle dealership staffing
  • Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
  • Strong communication skills
  • Develop an effective sales team through training and performance standards
  • Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity times with a positive attitude
  • Planning, organizational and recruiting skills to build a high-performance team
  • Self-motivated with a passion to achieve high standards
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Manage the inventory including possibly ordering and dealer trades
