Job Summary
Create Music Group is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Senior Treasury Analyst to help build out our growing Treasury organization. This role owns real-time visibility into Create's global cash across all bank accounts and entities, informs debt facility utilization, and ensures the operational integrity of payments, transfers, and FX spot transactions in a high-growth, multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
Partnering cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, M&A, and other business partners, this individual will run the day-to-day execution of Create's Treasury operations while developing deep expertise in cash and liquidity management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives amid evolving processes, brings a bias toward precision on high-stakes work, and is eager to take on a highly visible role at one of the music industry's fastest-growing companies.
Responsibilities
  • Own Create's daily cash position across all bank accounts and entities, identifying funding needs and surplus balances at a global scale
  • Maintain and improve Create's weekly cash flow forecast process, performing variance analysis on actuals vs forecast, ensuring the process scales as Create grows
  • Partner with business units and finance stakeholders across the organization to source inputs for cash forecasting and global funding decisions, and to deliver timely, accurate reporting
  • Support the preparation of monthly treasury reporting and materials for leadership and board meetings, including cash, liquidity, and funding updates
  • Own day-to-day execution and coordination of Create's liquidity and payment operations, including ACH and check positive pay decisioning, and initiation of manual payments, transfers, and FX spot transactions
  • Support bank account administration, bank account rationalization, bank portal administration, and TMS integration work
  • Monitor and report on bank fees and identify savings opportunities to support pricing discussions with banking partners
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Treasury Manager
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field
  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury at a high-growth, multinational organization (or comparable treasury/commercial banking experience)
  • Advanced Excel skills - ability to build and maintain models with large underlying datasets
  • Hands-on experience owning or building a cash position and cash flow forecast for a multi-entity, multi-currency organization
  • Experience with KYC and bank account administration
  • Experience with online commercial banking platforms
  • Experience utilizing or implementing Treasury Management Software
  • Ability to balance speed and precision to prioritize workload
  • Comfort with ambiguity, ability to operate in a lean and high-growth environment
  • Clear communication and ability to partner across FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and other business units

Pay Scale
  • $90,000 - 110,000 per year
  • The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
