Residential & Commercial Reconstruction
 DuPage County, Illinois
 
$80,000–$100,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Performance-Based Project Commission + Quarterly Performance Bonus
Compensation commensurate with experience.
 
Join an established, locally owned Paul Davis Restoration franchise and lead high-value residential and commercial insurance restoration and reconstruction projects.
If you're an experienced restoration professional who enjoys leading projects, building customer relationships, solving problems, and taking ownership, we'd love to meet you.
 
What You'll Do
  • Manage high-value residential and commercial insurance restoration and reconstruction projects from estimate through successful completion. 
  •  Prepare accurate Xactimate estimates, supplements, and insurance restoration documentation. 
  •  Coordinate customers, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, municipalities, and inspections. 
  •  Manage project budgets, profitability, schedules, and change orders. 
  •  Ensure insurance carrier and TPA program compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. 
  •  Partner with our Mitigation Team to provide a seamless transition from mitigation through reconstruction. 
Qualifications 
  •  5+ years of reconstruction project management experience. 
  •  Advanced Xactimate proficiency. 
  •  Residential and commercial reconstruction experience preferred. 
  •  Insurance restoration and property insurance claims experience preferred. 
  •  Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer relationship skills. 
  •  Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume portfolio while maintaining customer satisfaction, profitability, and project quality. 
  •  Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  •  Ownership mindset with a commitment to quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction. 
  •  IICRC certifications are a plus.
