Job Description SERVPRO Team Fabiani Commercial Reconstruction Manager - South Jersey Location: South Jersey Territory (Voorhees Toms River Cape May) Reports To: Director of Reconstruction Position Overview SERVPRO Team Fabiani is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Reconstruction Manager to oversee and manage commercial reconstruction projects throughout our South Jersey territory. This role requires expertise in commercial construction within the water and fire restoration environment, including insurance-driven scopes, compressed timelines, and regulatory compliance. Core Responsibilities Manage commercial reconstruction projects from initial handoff through completion.

Oversee water, fire, mold, and catastrophic commercial rebuild projects. Interpret mitigation scopes and convert them into executable reconstruction plans. Review and validate insurance-based estimates (Xactimate preferred).

Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and procurement. Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance. Serve as primary contact for commercial clients and insurance stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, IICRC, and NJ building codes. Track job costs, margins, and billing approvals. Utilize DASH (NetGear Solutions) for job tracking and documentation.

Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years commercial construction management experience. Direct experience in water/fire restoration reconstruction. Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects.

Proficiency in DASH software (required). Xactimate experience preferred. Knowledge of NJ commercial building codes and permitting.

Clean criminal background and clean driving record. Fluent in English (written and verbal). Spanish speaking ability is a strong plus.

OSHA 30 preferred. IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience).
