About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and execution at the intersection of product, food, and brand storytelling. This role owns how Thermomix® and Cookidoo® come to life across the US market—through product positioning, culinary content, digital ecosystems, and integrated marketing campaigns.


Serving as the key liaison to the Vorwerk Group, this individual ensures strong alignment with global initiatives while tailoring strategies to drive growth in the US. From recipe development and content production to product launches and field enablement, this role is critical in delivering a premium, cohesive, and commercially impactful brand experience.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Global Alignment

  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Vorwerk Group, ensuring alignment with global marketing initiatives, campaigns, and activations.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Translate global strategy into actionable plans tailored to market needs.
  • Provide ongoing market insights to inform product marketing strategies, positioning, and innovation opportunities.
  • Participate in global product launch calls and community forums, sharing local insights, best practices, and success stories.


Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Leadership

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for Thermomix® and Cookidoo®.
  • Act as the local single point of contact (SPOC) for all product marketing initiatives, ensuring clear communication of product USPs and priorities.
  • Lead product launch strategies, including campaign development, field communication, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate product strategy across brand websites, ensuring accuracy and optimization of imagery, pricing, bundles, promotions, and functionality.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.


Cookidoo® Strategy & Digital Recipe Ecosystem

  • Own the local Cookidoo® strategy, driving engagement, subscription growth, retention, and platform revenue.
  • Develop and execute digital recipe strategies that enhance user experience and increase platform utilization.
  • Partner with Global Recipe Development to localize content, test new features, and introduce innovations.
  • Leverage performance data and insights to continuously optimize content, collections, and engagement strategies.


Culinary Marketing Campaigns & Content

  • Lead the ideation, execution, and performance analysis of culinary marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Develop compelling, consumer-centric culinary narratives that strengthen the Thermomix® and Cookidoo® value proposition.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all culinary and product marketing channels.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content across digital and physical platforms.


Recipe Development & Culinary Leadership

  • Define and lead the strategic recipe development roadmap aligned with global direction and local market trends.
  • Oversee the full recipe development lifecycle—from concept and testing to production and publication.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recipe developers, testers, and external partners.
  • Ensure all recipes meet global quality standards and are optimized for both guided cooking and traditional formats.
  • Identify and integrate emerging food trends to keep content relevant, inspiring, and commercially effective.
  • Drive integration of recipes into internal platforms (e.g., RDPF) and across all customer and field touchpoints.


Content Production (Photo, Video & Digital Assets)

  • Plan, lead, and execute culinary photo and video shoots for Cookidoo®, product marketing, social media, and field use.
  • Develop scalable, high-quality content frameworks that support multi-channel distribution.
  • Manage and track central marketing assets, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand standards.


Culinary Experiences, Events & Brand Storytelling

  • Develop and execute culinary experiences, including events, cooking classes, and demonstrations that bring the brand to life.
  • Partner with chefs, influencers, and the salesforce to deliver engaging and differentiated brand experiences.
  • Create strategies to capture and distribute content from events across digital and social platforms.
  • Serve as a culinary voice and subject matter expert within marketing initiatives.


Public Relations & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with PR and Communications teams to develop and execute culinary-driven PR strategies.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with chefs, and influencers
  • Support press events, launches, and media engagement with strong culinary storytelling, demostrations and assets.


Commercial Management & Merchandising

  • Oversee pricing strategy and management of saleable branded goods and culinary accessories.
  • Partner with suppliers, eCommerce, and operations teams to curate product assortments aligned with brand positioning and recipes.
  • Manage inventory ordering and stock allocation in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across both eCommerce and direct sales channels.


Research, Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to inform strategy.
  • Analyze campaign, product, and content performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Track and report on marketing budget performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Continuously optimize strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with global organizations and cross-market collaboration.
  • Strong background in digital content, subscription platforms, and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Proven experience managing creative production (photo, video, content).
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
