Position: Receptionist
Schedule: 3 Days/Week | 13-Hour Shifts

About the Role
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors — the person who sets the tone and creates a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys purposeful work.

No experience in a specific field? No problem. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any fast-paced customer service role, you already have the skills we’re looking for — we’ll teach you everything else.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet every visitor with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs, verify information, and assist with forms
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front desk area
  • Use digital tools and office systems efficiently
  • Support teammates and adapt to changing needs
