East River Nursing and Rehab 611 E Hampton St., Anderson, SC 29624 is looking to fill Receptionist position.

Full-time 8am - 4pm and every other weekend

A Receptionist, or Front Desk Receptionist, is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees and greeting visitors when they arrive.

Receptionist Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly using a multi-line phone system.

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with facility security procedures.

  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Provide general information and support to staff and residents as needed.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, or updating calendars as directed.
