RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage the daily bank deposit, incoming mail, voicemails and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist in handling incoming customer service inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willing to obtain Property/Casualty insurance license.
