Job description

Receptionist/Runner

Vacuum Truck Rentals, LLC, is one of the largest vacuum truck rental companies in the U.S. with a fleet of more than 1000 pieces of equipment and 19 locations nationwide. With a strong emphasis on the customer experience and a 24/7 service guarantee, we are seeking a full-time receptionist/runner that will be based at our corporate headquarters location in Richland, Mississippi. This will be an on-site position.

Key Job Functions:

  • Greet customers and answer phones at the receptionist desk.
  • Filing and providing general clerical support, and document handling.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Back up post office runs, bank deposits and truck title pickup.
  • Aiding with any projects as requested.

Must have a great personality for dealing with customers. Must have a clean driving record and be able to take initiative, be detail oriented, and work under little supervision. We are looking for someone who is personable, professional, and dependable.
