Rate of Pay: $17.00 per hour + benefits and perks

Status: Non-Exempt, PRN (As-needed)

Sedgebrook Senior Living is seeking a friendly, hospitality-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This role provides front desk coverage on an as-needed basis, including PTO coverage, weekends, holidays, and other staffing needs.

Looking for extra income and flexibility? This opportunity is ideal for students, retirees, stay-at-home parents, or anyone seeking supplemental income while working in a welcoming senior living community.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue badges
  • Perform filing, scanning, data entry, and general office support
  • Create flyers, notices, and newsletters using Canva
  • Support emergency communication and safety procedures
