Receptionist – Physical Therapy Clinic

Join our growing outpatient physical therapy team as a Receptionist! This role is responsible for supporting daily front-office operations, scheduling patient appointments, maintaining patient records, coordinating insurance and billing activities, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner

Answer phones and direct calls appropriately

Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendars

Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing-related processes

Maintain accurate patient records and account information

Handle administrative correspondence and data entry
