Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience working with dental insurance (verification, claims, billing)

  • Ability to manage a busy dental schedule

  • Professional phone etiquette and experience handling high call volume

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix)

  • Previous experience in a dental office is a plus
