Job Summary

Seeking a professional Receptionist to provide front-desk and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
  • Answer and route telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Process incoming mail, documents, and packages.
  • Maintain physical and electronic files, records, and logs.
  • Prepare forms, correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Perform data entry and document scanning/indexing.
  • Operate standard office equipment and maintain office supplies.
  • Support scheduling and daily administrative operations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of office/clerical experience or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
