This is a 1-year contract role, perfect for someone who's ready to dive in, make an impact, and elevate the experience for both employees and VIP clients.

  • Deliver a white-glove hospitality experience to clients, guests, and employees every single day
  • Manage conference room bookings, setups, catering, and post-event resets
  • Keep pantries, kitchens, and office supplies stocked and organized - no detail is too small
  • Support new hire onboarding, visitor check-ins, and employee requests
  • Be a key liaison with building management, facilities, and engineering teams
  • Own the office experience: from answering phones to ensuring the space looks sharp
  • Be on the move - regularly walking the space to ensure every corner reflects excellence
  • Maintain daily activity tracking and reporting

  • 3+ years of admin, receptionist, or guest-facing experience - ideally in hospitality, hotels, or corporate front-of-house
