Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks

Special Schedule: September 18th will require a 7:00 AM start. The office will be closed on Labor Day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and assist with basic switchboard responsibilities.
  • Communicate visitor arrivals and requests to internal employees through email and other communication channels.
  • Assist employees with access cards, temporary badges, parking requests, and other workplace needs.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Accept and document daily deliveries, including UPS and USPS shipments.
  • Maintain accurate package logs and other front-desk records.
  • Assist with meeting and event support, including helping direct visitors and guests throughout the office.
  • Provide general administrative and facilities support as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of professional corporate reception experience required.
