Job description

Etowah Landing is looking for a receptionist, Monday - Friday!  Come and join the team today! We are looking for someone with a great personality to be the Warm Welcome at our Center! 

Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

(GA CNA LICENSE REQUIRED)

$18.00 to $18.50 per hour

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously.
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department, take down messages, communicate with appropriate employees.
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Accept all letters and packages.
  • Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers, printers, fax machines, etc.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with essential items.
  • Basic housekeeping and up-keep of front lobby

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or relevant qualification.
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Typing
