Job Description
Team1Medical is teaming up with an accredited podiatry clinic seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their Tomball team! As the Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting the patients as they check-in/out, arranging schedules, and verifying insurance information. Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients as they arrive to facility and provide them with appropriate information
  • Assist patients in completing all necessary forms and documentation
  • Update patients’ information in EMR system and all related records
  • Keep patient appointment on schedule by notifying provider of patients’ arrival
  • Answer telephone, route calls when appropriate, and answer inquires
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • One (1) year of experience as a Medical Receptionist in a physician’s office or clinic.
  • Must have completed a High School Diploma or GED.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
