A prestigious AM100 law firm is seeking a polished Guest Services & Conference Coordinator to deliver an exceptional experience for attorneys, clients, and visitors while supporting the firm's meeting and hospitality operations. This highly visible position serves as the face of the office, ensuring conference facilities and guest services are maintained to the firm's highest standards. Key Responsibilities for Guest Services & Conference Coordinator

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and attorneys, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Coordinate conference room reservations, meeting schedules, and room setups for internal and external events.
  • Arrange catering, audiovisual equipment, and meeting materials to ensure seamless execution of meetings and presentations.
