Job Summary
We are seeking an Front Desk Office Assistant to join our team! As a Front Desk Office Assistant , you will handle a high call volume, direct calls, and handle customer questions. You will also contact customers to provide updates on their vehicles progress in the repair process. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment prefer automotive but not required, and strong organizational skills. 

Responsibilities 
  • Answer high call volume phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
  • Update vehicle progress and communicate to customers repair status updates on a weekly basis
  • Process incoming paperwork, take photos of damaged vehicles and file paperwork
  • Maintain records, either physical or electronic, of business transactions
