Service Appointment Receptionist Opportunity

Essential Duties
  • Act as a direct support to our team of Service Advisors in the following capacities:
  • Be the primary contact for our inbound phone calls
  • Act as a liaison to Service Advisor by obtaining client information and primary concerns
  • Assist in scheduling Service appointments
  • Communicate with clients on behalf of the Advisor during the service experience
  • Follow-up with clients after Service is complete to ensure exceptional experience
  • Show capacity and interest in learning the following:
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide recommended course of action
  • Arrange appropriate alternate transportation for clients
  • Generate repair orders and estimates
  • Thoroughly explain completed work and charges
Qualifications, Experience, Education, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.
  • High School graduate or GED
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and clean criminal history.
  • Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
Compensation
  • Starting at $18/hour
Work Schedule
  • Monday - Friday:
  • Monday 9am - 6pm
  • Tuesday - Friday 2pm - 6pm
  • Saturday's as needed
  • Fill in for vacation
