Join European Wax Center as a Guest Service Associate (GSA) and be a key part of providing exceptional service to our valued guests! In this role, you will create a welcoming environment and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
  • Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes
  • Managing booking appointments and handling customer inquiries over the phone and in-person
  • Educating guests on services, products, and promotions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Contributing to a positive team environment by supporting fellow associates

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service role preferred

  • Must be able to support morning (7:30 AM-2:00 PM) and / or evening (2:00-8:00 PM) shifts throughout the week. Availability needs are greatest Tuesday evenings and Wednesday - Sunday across both AM & PM shifts, and all candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day each week.
