Administration / Reception

Midtown New York financial services firm is looking for a personable, detail-oriented person to sit at the front desk. You will handle administrative and office operation duties like maintaining the reception area, stocking kitchen and office supplies, and organizing and distributing daily lunches. Phones are very light, as are guests. Use your excellent communication and organizational skills to assist with administrative and operational tasks. The main focus of this role is assisting with heavy invoicing and expense tracking using Excel and QuickBooks. Excel proficiency required; will train in QuickBooks. Comfortable in a small, congenial office. 2+ years of office experience required. Hours 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM, 5 days in office. Base salary $80 – 100K (depending upon experience), bonus eligible, plus paid overtime and 100% paid benefits.
