Patient Service Rep, Full-time, EMG-Family Practice & Express Care, Hayesville, NC

Job Summary: Receive incoming telephone calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner and greet and check-in/check-out patients in the same manner, coordinate patient appointments, and collect daily cash/check/credit card patient payments. This includes those staff who are working in the designated Rural Health Clinics.

Education: Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Required: Two years of experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a health care environment. Computer skills and working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
