DayTime

Tue 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

Wed 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

Sun 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at the front desk of a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Greet and screen visitors, confirm appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general site information, and communicate visitor arrivals or concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor access points and security-related systems from the front desk, report unusual activity, and help to deter unauthorized access.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting activities and notifying designated site contacts as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • CPR/First Aid experience is preferred.
  • Access control/badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
