As Lead Receptionist, you'll be responsible for more than simply supervising our East Campus receptionists; you'll be ensuring a standard of resident-centered service and communication that allows us to CREATE home for our residents. The Lead Receptionist at East Campus is a full-time, 32-hours/week position, with the schedule being 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. In addition to regular receptionist duties, such as taking and routing calls, greeting residents and visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing mail, they coordinate, manage, and assist all reception efforts at the Oaknoll East Campus, ensuring our reception team has all the resources they need to provide excellent service. They are also responsible for training new receptionists, addressing receptionist performance, maintaining the reception schedule, and covering reception hours at the East Campus as needed. Additionally, they keep an accurate census of residents, direct and train staff for emergency situations, stay current on event schedules and programming as relevant to our community, and manage reservations of transportation services, guest rooms, meeting and lounge spaces, and the like.
