MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Lead Logistics Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversees and directs the complex transportation, storage, and distribution activities to maintain peak mission readiness.

  • Formulate comprehensive policies, manage daily operations, and plan the strategic use of materials and human resources.

  • Serve as the final Technical Authority for organizational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

  • Validates the logistics requirements for theater deployment and employment operations within the area of responsibility.

  • Authorize Strategic Plans for reception, staging, onward movement, and integration (RSOI) to ensure force posture goals are met.

  • Approve the coordination of Host Nation support and facility requirements for large-scale contingency operations.

  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

  • 12+ years of position-relevant experience.

  • Experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for program deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Global Logistics or related field.

  • PMP certification.

  • Experience managing USSOCOM or PACOM expeditionary logistics in the Indo-Pacific AOR.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
