What you will enjoy doing*
  • In this role, you will lead and oversee daily Shipping and Receiving operations, including order entry, invoicing, shipping/receiving, export coordination, and records retention to ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • You will plan, prioritize, and assign work for the shift, including overtime and staffing coverage, while functioning as a working Team Leader by filling operational gaps as needed
  • Further, you will ensure all safety, quality, housekeeping, and regulatory standards are consistently met, including emergency response, daily safety inspections, and adherence to company policies
  • You will manage material flow, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, invoicing, and documentation processes to support production schedules and prevent disruptions
  • You will lead continuous improvement efforts by identifying process, equipment, and quality issues, driving lean initiatives, and improving efficiency across shipping, receiving, and recycling operations
  • Also, you will build strong cross-functional relationships, support training and development of team members, and act as a key point of contact for customer service needs, issue resolution, and operational communication
