Job description

Job Summary:
This position has dual-role responsibilities for ERP specialist at the Re-Refinery to support accounting and Shipping/Receiving process coordination. Ensures data accuracy, supports reporting and month-end close, drives process improvements, and provides user training and IT support to maintain efficient Re-Refinery operations.
Reporting Relationship:
Reports directly to the Re-Refinery Accounting Manager and secondary to the Shipping & Receiving Manager. (due to limited functions of ADP and that the Re-Refinery Accounting Manager does not report to the RR Manager but used to, the employees will reside in the S/R Manager's ADP).
Essential Duties - Accounting:
  • Responsible for working safely in all job aspects and functions.
  • Serve as the facility liaison of the NetSuite ERP platform.
  • Collaborate across departments to collect information for process improvements and communicate to corporate office.
  • Identify workflows to support operations, warehousing, and fulfillment.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user access.
  • Assist with integrations, data imports/exports, and system updates.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Essential Duties - Shipping and Receiving
  • Train end-users and create user guides and documentation.
  • Contribute to troubleshooting, executing, tracking, and resolving IT helpdesk tickets and user support requests/needs.
  • Participate in variance reviews related to shipping & receiving.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned

Specific Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to Advance proficiency in the use of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite
  • Working knowledge of networking and database environments
  • Use of Planner (or equivalent) for tasks management and prioritization of work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to navigate to the various locations in the facility to locate resources necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Work Experience
  • 2+ years related experience

Education, Certificates, Licenses, Designations or Memberships
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
