Are you an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you have shipping and receiving experience, strong computer skills, and sit-down forklift experience, we'd love to have you on our team!
What You'll Do
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare, package, and process outgoing orders to meet customer deadlines.
  • Create shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation.
  • Accurately enter shipping and receiving data using Microsoft Office and company software.
  • Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
  • Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures.

✔ At least 1 year of Shipping & Receiving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Sit-down forklift experience is required.
✔ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
✔ Experience creating shipping labels and processing shipping documentation.
✔ Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
✔ Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and move 50+ lbs regularly.
  • Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing warehouse.
