Job description

ReBath of the Heartland is a locally owned and operated franchise of the ReBath national network, the largest complete bathroom remodeling company in the U.S. We have been in the home remodeling and manufacturing industry for over 40 years providing complete bathroom remodeling services. We are a team-oriented company where the right Designer Sales Consultant will make a difference.
We are looking to develop high-performing Sales & Design Associates in the residential remodeling industry. We will provide you with the necessary tools and training and only put you in front of qualified appointments. You will sell our services to homeowners who have invited us into their homes - this is a full commission position after paid training. This position will NOT require working over the phone, setting appointments or cold calling.
Responsibilities
• Go out to client homes and meet with them regarding their remodeling project.
• We design Complete Bathroom Remodels, Tub, and Shower updates and provide Aging and Accessibility Solutions for our customers -Learn / implement Re-Bath sales system, meet with customers.
• Act as the initial point of contact to the customer for all sales requests
• Attend weekly sales meetings -Focus on client customer service, perception, and satisfaction. Present solutions, our products, overcome objections & close
• Provide documents to assist the Production Team throughout the post-sale process - Provide thorough documents, contracts & photos to assist the productivity to Production Manager & Installers.
• Go back to finished jobs to inspect, take after pictures, and ask for referrals as the opportunity presents itself.
• Communication with customers, follow-up, build relationships.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
• Prior business-to-consumer sales experience Job Type
